21+ only, without exceptions
Padded Play is exclusively for adults aged 21 or older. Minors under 18 are prohibited, and adults aged 18–20 are also ineligible under the platform rule. Every depicted character must be clearly adult and at least 21. Adult caregiver titles and adult-sized furniture never authorize a child persona.
The public preview is informational. Game and community access are closed. Email confirmation and a checkbox do not verify someone's age; there is no claim of a verified-adult community.
Zero tolerance for exploitation
These prohibitions apply to operators, staff and participants alike, regardless of a person's role or future subscription.
- Participation by minors, child avatars, underage roleplay personas, or depicting minors in the game’s lifestyle content.
- Child sexual abuse material; sexualized depictions of real, fictional, illustrated, manipulated, or AI-generated minors; and sexualized age-ambiguous characters.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, sexual coercion, or any attempt to connect adults with minors for exploitation.
- Requests, links, coded language, or attempts to obtain, create, promote, trade, or conceal exploitative material.
- Impersonating an eligible adult, coaching someone to bypass age controls, or retaliating against a good-faith safety reporter.
Adult comfort stays non-explicit
The intended game contains adult styling, quiet games, coloring, original stories and optional scripted adult caregiver guides. Pornography, sexual acts, explicit nudity, bodily-function simulation and sexual roleplay are prohibited. No user uploads, public profiles, messaging, or community are open.
Care must require informed consent, start off, and remain skippable without humiliation, punishment or lost coins. It is entertainment, not medical care or monitoring of a real body.
Report serious concerns safely
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; in the United States, call 911. Report suspected online child sexual exploitation through NCMEC's official CyberTipline.
Do not download, forward or upload suspected exploitation imagery to Padded Play. No monitored project reporting inbox is connected, and this page does not submit a report to staff, NCMEC or law enforcement.
Before member access opens
Age assurance, restricted access, functioning reporting, incident handling and accurate privacy notices must be implemented before member or community access opens. Policies alone do not create those controls. Confirmed child-exploitation violations must not receive discretionary exceptions.
The final operator must assess applicable reporting and evidence-handling obligations. No statement here guarantees universal legal compliance, exclusion of every ineligible person, or freedom from liability.
